Sul mostly specialised in all kinds of meats (Uruguay beef, zebra, antelope, etc.). The chef prepares them in original and exceptional ways (e.g. Uruguay beef with mustard and honey sauce). There were very nice fish and vegetarian alternatives too.

The staff was very friendly. Sul does not accept credit cards unfortunately. If you haven't made a reservation, try to show up before 9pm when the place starts to really fill up.
