Quote: Sul mostly specialised in all kinds of meats (Uruguay beef, zebra, antelope, etc.). The chef prepares them in original and exceptional ways (e.g. Uruguay beef with mustard and honey sauce). There were very nice fish and vegetarian alternatives too.... Read the full Sul review
