Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Very busy, but the food was surprisingly good. They skipped over our name on the waiting list, so my husband was a little mad. Except for this, the service was very fast and friendly. The atmosphere was country / homey. The tables were hardwood, as were the chairs. Cracker Barrel serves "comfort foods," so if you are on a diet, I suggest you dine elsewhere. There is very little on the menu that is low in calories. Every day they have a different special. We had the roast chicken. You can choose any two sides you would like along with several kinds of bread. This is a good restaurant for kids because they don't mind the mess (the floors are hardwood) and the menu contains many items that kids would like.

The Cracker Barrel is a short drive from the Flagstaff KOA. The service was quick and friendly. The prices were reasonable and the quantity of food we received gave us all the energy we needed for sightseeing that day.
