Edith's is a walk up the hill from Menado Beach and is an open-air restaurant. It is very popular with tourists (no locals would eat here) and is in the same restaurant family as The Office.
Specializing in local seafood, Edith's has an open barbecue grill immediately to the left when you enter the restaurant. Large seafood, meat, or combo platters are the specialities--and very large in price as well as portion size. The specialities were brought to the table prior to being cooked and were then prepared per your request. The sides of potatoes or veggies were small (for example, the menu lists baked potato, and it is a quarter of a potato that actually comes with the meal). It mostly consists of an open-air main area, with some smaller private rooms for parties of about 12. A circular bar accommodating about 10 people is in the the middle of the dining area.
Personally, I felt the restaurant was overpriced compared to other places in Cabo. The food was good but not fantastic. Service was okay but perhaps a bit snobby. On a future trip to Cabo I would not return to Edith's.

The menu was extensive and contained both Mexican and American entrees. They feature a lot of organic produce. We ate steak and shrimp, both of which were excellent. The service is unbelievable. The setting is outdoor with lots of little lanterns, making it really pleasant.
Since we had taken the shuttle from our resort we had quite a walk from the dropoff point to get there, but it was worth it. This is a definite must.
