They have the best and most creative kids menu I have ever seen. At least 10 different selections and good sized portions to match the child (smaller for the wee ones and large for the older set).
The walls are covered with the owner's pictures of family and friends deep sea fishing adventures and life size hammerhead sharks and other fish. My seven-year-old was totally enthralled by it all. The place has more of a local Friday's/Applebee's restaurant feel but the food is much better.
If you are in Pompano with kids and want something for them and also want something good for you and your spouse, this is a good choice.
PS There is a liquor store in front of this place. The restaurant is attached and directly behind it. Located across the street and down from the Publix on Atlantic Blvd.

The food there melts in your mouth. For seafood lovers, try the Mahi Mahi - it was amazing and simply melted in my mouth. For those more land based folks, the ribs here are certainly thier specialty. My family simply can not find ribs that even rival these slow cooked masterpieces. Flannigan's in the afternoon is great for a quick bite, but at night you better be ready to mingle with the locals, cause they come out of the woodwork, or perhaps more fitting straight off the fishing boat.
