Hot Bite is about a half-hour drive from downtown Juneau to this well-deserved popular summer spot.
Their buffalo burgers are great-tasting, and so are their pork barbecue ribs and their blueberry shake (not too sweet, the way I like), but the barbecue pork sandwich was too sweet on their sauce, so I wouldn't recommend it.
The place is rather small but clean. Their food is well worth a visit. Closed Monday and Tuesday. Call for their current opening hours before going out there. There's outdoor seating weather permitting.
