We would rate this dining experience to be in the top 10 of our world-class experiences. We arrived a bit early for dinner, so Arthur, Prince of Wales manager, suggested we start out on the open patio while his staff finished their meal preparations. Great suggestion. Here we enjoyed a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean while we each sipped Wynn Estate Cabernet. Once seated inside, we met our head server, Jesse, and Mark, his assistant. Both were utterly professional. Jesse has worked here for about 20 years. Our meal started with a lamb soup of the day, followed by a beautiful scallop appetizer, then endive salad. My partner enjoyed leg of lamb and I enjoyed halibut as our entrees. The meal ended with cafe mocha, which also served as our dessert. The total bill with tip was $194.97 and, although pricey, we found it to be well worth the investment, since the food was outstanding.
