This is a great place for race fans. There are several different "areas" to this establishment. The main eating area is right in front of you as you walk in the door. The restaurant area is decorated with a lot of racing memorabilia, as well as flags for each table. As you walk into the restaurant area, you will see a flag stand, where every hour or so, someone will stand up there and wave a green flag as if they are starting a race. On the ceiling of the restaurant are about 8 Winston Cup cars and when they wave the green flag, the engines rev up and the tires begin to spin, and on occasion, you will see "smoke" coming out from under the tires. My kids loved seeing that.
Outside the restaurant area is the gift shop where you can find hard to get racing memorabilia items (shirts, cars, magnets, etc.). There is also a game room where the kids (young and old) can place video games, as well as ride in the simulator and feel like they are part of a race. The entire building is decorated with race memorabilia including autographed race uniforms of drivers like Bobby Labonte, Dale Earnhardt (Sr. and Jr.), and Jeff Gordon to name a few. There are also several race car replicas parked outside the cafe that you can take your picture with. This is a great place to go to have lunch and play for a little while, plus it is right next to the Nascar Speedpark, so you can go there after lunch if you choose not to play games.
