I came through Baltimore on business once and stopped in at this little restaurant for lunch with a friend. Cafe di Roma is a great Italian place. They have a nice lunch menu with delicious, filling sandwiches. The waitress was ultra-nice. She chatted for a while and actually gave us some cookies from their counter display when we left. The cookies on display all looked great, and the ones we had were. It's in a nice area in the Little Italy district of Baltimore. Only about a 5-minute walk east of the Inner Harbor, this restaurant is definitely worth trying out for lunch after working up an appetite walking.
