Salade Folle

The Salade Folle restaurant is a small modern haven that provides excellent food, value, and service. There’s a comprehensive pasta menu, offering fish, meat, and vegetarian options, and also a range of appetizing and quite trendy salads. In addition, there’s a reasonable priced wine and beer list, some very tasty puddings to tempt you, and a set lunch menu served during the day.

The portions were generous, the food fresh and delicious. This high standard of cooking and service combined with the lovely environment and soothing music, offers the tourism-weary tourist with an alternative to the more traditional restaurants in Bruges.

A quick introduction to the restaurant and the menu is available on the web on their website, but it's only available in Dutch at the moment.
