Charis Seafood is great for fresh seafood and also takeaways. You can either choose the seafood you want and take it home for dinner that night and cook it yourself, or you can choose seafood then and there and have it cooked for you while you wait. This place is a take-away and fresh seafood place combined. The fresh seafood is of average price and excellent quality. You can take away or have them cook it for you. I recommend the snapper fillet and chips with fresh Tasmanian scallops as a treat.

This takeaway shop is great. The food you will have to wait for, but that is ok because you will not be the only one. You can walk in and out with fresh seafood to take to your room and cook as you please. But we order and eat by the water's edge. Take some beverages or buy cold drinks from the shop. I recommend this to anyone one any budget because you can get your basic fish 'n chips or fresh prawns, etc.
