Web 13 is a cyber cafe which made it a great place to go with two teenagers who were missing their email. The food was simple, straight-forward and good: salads, sandwiches, soups, teas and coffees, fruit drinks. The atmosphere was very casual: little tables in the center of the room and counters with computers on the around the edge. The charges for on-line usage were 1 GBP for 20 minutes; they have, of course, a website: link
