This was one of my favorites and the most crowded spot of all. The locals recommended it, so I knew it had to be good. I ordered the bacon-wrapped scallops, which were delicious, as was the steak special with crab meat and hollandaise. It overlooks Gallows Bay, across the water from Christiansted.
