On Friday nights (you will need a reservation) their is a large buffet with shrimp, crab, prime rib etc plus all the local dishes. And at about 9pm the islands best jumbie dancers start and perform for about 20 minutes and then the band or dj will play music for dancing or just enjoyment as you watch the waves crash on the beach.

Carambola Beach Resort

This is a very nice resort in the out of the way north shore of the island. There's nothing else here except a beautiful beach, no town. The resort is gated, but just tell the guard you're going to the restaurant and they let you right through. We heard about their Sunday brunch and went to check it out. We got in without reservations, but only because the resort must not have been very busy that week. The restaurant was still crowded.

It's an all-you-can-eat buffet with free rum and champagne. The spread had a table where somone made omelets with all the fillings you wanted. There was a table with someone slicing turkey, roast, and pork. Many types of salads, pastas, sweet potato, coleslaw, potato salad, crab legs, shrimp, and many more. The dessert table had pastry, flan, cakes, and fruits of all kinds. Go hungry to get your money's worth.
