Kyoto Japanese

Kyoto Japanese

I LOVE Kyoto. I've been eating here for 10 years. This restaurant is an institution. It's been around for over 15 years--one of the few originals left in Scottsdale. Teppanyaki at its best. Kyoto is a very small place, with eight teppan tabels, a small sushi bar, and tiny lounge, but it's ALWAYS packed. I have never had a bad meal here. I just spent my birthday there this weekend with 10 of my closest girlfriends. My meat is always cooked to perfection, and my sushi is always fresh and great-tasting. Where else can you get a big bottle of Kirin beer and saki for $4?

I highly recommend dinner here. Reservations should be made early, because on Friday and Saturday night, the wait can be long if you don't have a reservation.
