Frequented by celebrities, artists, media folks and models (Naomi Campbell has been spotted there), Chez Omar manages to maintain a friendly neighborhood brasserie atmosphere. The piece de resistance is Omar's Couscous Royale - a huge platter layered with vegetables, chicken, lamb and spicy merguez sausage. Definitely worth stopping by.
