This steakhouse serves very nice steak and if you enjoy steaks, you should take a stop at porte maillot. There are two seatings, one in the afternoon, and one in the evening. For $25 you can't go wrong.

Vegetarians beware! There is no option for you...sorry! But steak lovers get ready for one of the best meals of your life! There are no dinner menus; the server comes to your table and asks you how you would like your sirloin steak cooked. 'Bien cuit' is well done; 'a point' is medium. While you wait for your steak, the server will bring you a delicious salad with a mustardy type dressing, garnished with walnuts. Soon after, your steak will arrive. It is served already sliced and in an absolutely yummy secret sauce (anyone who can figure out the recipe...let me know!) and with a generous helping of perfectly crispy fries. Once you have polished that down, get ready for your second helping, because they will come around again (it's part of the set menu). And if you still have room in your tummy, do get dessert. They have a delicious crème brulee and 'Vacherin' (meringue with hazelnut ice cream, chocolate sauce, and toasted almonds on top...my personal favorite). Be sure to get to this place early because they do not take reservations and there will definitely be a wait, you will see people lined up out the door....but the line goes fast and trust me it is worthwhile!
