You can sit outside late at night, gaze at the Arc de Triomphe, and pretend you're a character in "Breathless". It has come back into vogue recently, and you'll be surrounded by lots of beautiful people and an occasional celebrity.
It's home to the French Oscars -- the Cesars -- and has recently reopened with a new decor, with hope that it will regain the status it once had. It is already a lovely place to spend a late night or an afternoon.
