le Bistrot du sommelier

As of the first days of opening in April 1984, the Bistrot du Sommelier (Bar of the Wine waiter) conquered the favours of the public. Celebrity in the world of the wine waiters Philippe Faure-Brac - better wine waiter of the world in 1992 - governs the subtle marriage of the food and the wines. With the time restoring at wines and laboratory of savours, this restaurant of the boulevards is often full. Philippe Faure-Brac, this great name of the French gastronomy, accommodates his customers in a cordial atmosphere there, advises them with care the day before with the provisioning of the cellar. It is a place dedicated to the harmony of the wines and traditional food. Keep in mind the names of the 9 most famous french wines : Mouton Rothschild, Yquem, Latour, Haut Brion, Laffite, Ausone, Cheval Blanc, Petrus and Margaux.
