Au Levain du Marais is an outstanding bakery in a city of really excellent bakeries.
Their breads are their forte -- the baguettes and country loafs are hearty, but still light and airy. All are produced with organic flour.
The line after work can pile out the door, but it's worth it for Thierry Rabineau's (the baker) delectable breads.
