You can't miss Rasa - it's painted bright pink - but don't let that put you off, because this really is something special.

It specialises in Vegetarian indian cooking from the Kerala area of India. The food is delicious with subtle spices.

If you're not sure what to order or can't be bothered to think about it, order the 'Rasa feast' set menu. It comes with pre-meal 'snacks', appetiser, main course and indian rice for desert - I'm feeling hungry just thinking about it.

The staff are charming and welcoming.

The owners have other branches (another in Stoke Newington and in central London) but this one is best value. You need to book - it's small and popular.
