There are only about six tables, so try to make a reservation. The decor is so simple, you might second-guess eating there. Do not make that mistake. The owner keeps the door locked, as it is only herself and the cook taking care of things. So if you don’t make reservations, you must stand outside until she sees you.
Absolutely worth whatever trouble you have finding it. They are extremely friendly. The chef even came out to translate the entire menu for us. There were very recognizable dishes and some that used animal parts we don’t often eat in the US. But it doesn’t matter what you order, because everything is exquisite. Everyone orders their own main dish, but everything else is family style. The Pommes Dauphinoise cannot be described. Also, she will ask you if you want dessert. You may assume that a dessert tray will soon appear, or at least a menu. Nope, you get a little of everything, family style. My mouth still waters thinking about it.
