Gourmet palace is undoubtably one of the best Chinese restaurants in Brighton, but you do have to pay!
They're speciality is presentation, just sitting in the restaurant seeing what others are eating is enough to satisfy your hunger. Using fine traditional techniques they take your everyday chinese dishes and present them like pieces of art.
Taste and flavour is also excellent, as is the service and atmosphere.
They also offer a full takeway and delivery service, though I recommend you eat in the venue to appreciate the presentation and freshness.
This is a place to go for a special occassion, unless you are used to paying £20 -£30 pounds per head for your chinese.
