Indian Summer

This is an excellent Indian restaurant. I have eaten here two times, and both times it was very good. It can be pricy because most things are á la carte and extra orders of rice or something can add up. The service is excellent, although having an Oriental waitress in an Indian restaurant makes it lose some of its authenticity.

The location in the Earl's Court Area is convenient. There are lots of fast-food places in the area, like McDonald's, but I don't eat at McDonalds' in the US, so I am certainly not going to eat there in London, where there are so many good places to eat.

Since Indian Summer is on a side street, but easy to find, it never seemed busy. I would eat there again.

Indian Summer

This restaurant is in the neighborhood we usually stay in, and we have eaten there twice. The last time we ate there, dinner was £35.00 for two. We had appetizer of nan bread, rice, half carafe of wine, and I had lamb with spices and my husband had lamb masalla. Service is excellent and the atmosphere is pleasant, except all the waitresses are oriental, which seemed funny to us in an Indian restaurant. But we will go there again because it's convenient to where we like to stay and the food is excellent.
