This fabulous pub offers very reliable British-style cuisine. Particularly recommended is that perennial British favorite, Beef Wellington, and the atmosphere and service at this gorgeous mews pub is excellent. A great place for a meal and a relaxed drink amidst such splendour.I should add the pub is believed to be haunted- a young officer having been flogged to death and a shadowy figure in a military uniform reputedly haunts from time-to-time!

If you are into English pubs, go here! It is definitely cozy, warm and friendly. Has the traditional English beer and food. Menu items include: fish and chips (of course), baked brie, fish soup, vegetable pot pie with cranberry sauce, etc. The service is again polite and British! Take a dollar of yours and give it to them to paste on the ceiling, write your name on it so if you come back, you see your dollar! Better and cheaper than other fine dining restaurants, because it has that local feel.
