Both my wife and I ordered the prime rib diner. The serving is very healthy portion and the chef prepared it just the way I like it--medium well. It is difficult to find a restaurant with a chef who really knows how to cook a good prime rib steak.
The waiters are very friendly and helpful when it came to ordering. The service was supplemented by other waiters and bus boys, which made it very nice.
Lastly, we had the most uniquely prepared desert. It was only a cheesecake, but it was wonderfully decorated with white chocolate and raspberry swirl. The cheesecake was very good, and I was surprised in my ability to finish it since I ate that big steak.
I really recommend that if you are looking for a pleasant dinner in the Las Vegas area to try out the Las Vegas Hilton Steakhouse. One of the best in town.
