This is a great sushi restaurant at the top of Cliff Lodge at Snowbird. It is the only sushi restaurant (and we have been to many) that used actual crab for crab sticks and California rolls! I usually go for the tuna rolls, but the rock crab was so tasty that we just stuck with crab sticks and crab rolls.

As with all restaurants with alcohol in Utah, you have to pay a club fee, but it is no big deal at $4. The service was good, we had great views of the mountain, and the meal was delicious.

Some people came directly from the slopes. Come were in jeans while others (like us) had changed into more casual dining (slacks and a nice shirt) clothing.

The menu also had standard dining fare for your non-fish-eating friends/family. The only downside we experienced was that it was a little cold, especially since they pumped cold air in through the windows. Perhaps it was to keep the windows from fogging… I don't really know, but it was a little on the cold side.
