This is the big restaurant off the atrium at the Hilton. It's open for all three meals starting from 6:30 in the monring until midnight each night. For breakfast they have a huge buffet for 84 pesos, and I ate here everyday. They had pretty much everything you would want, and they were happy to bring you special requests from the kitchen. Also included is an omelette and belgian waffle bar. You can also skip the buffet and order from the menu. I didn't eat here for lunch, but did dinner one night. You can order from the menu (steaks, pasta, pizza, and mexican fare), or again you can hit the buffet. They had a taco bar (they offered 4-5 different tacos with all the fixings), a salad bar and a dessert bar. Additionally there were a bunch of different appetizers like tamales and chips...and the price was 148 pesos. The food was OK, only ate there once, not as good as we had other nights we went out but good enough if you didn't want to make the effort, and better than the lounge. Final verdict: highly recommended for breakfast, somewhat recommended for dinner.
