We Dined Here Every Night

This restaurant is great - simple but delicious food, large portions, and very friendly service. And not jammed with tourists (clientele seemed to be mainly locals). The prices also seemed much better than anything comparable in the area. We ate here every night of our three night stay in Amsterdam.

This place was a welcome sight after eating only bread and cheese in France! The portions were very un-European (LARGE) and tasty. I had some Thai chicken in peanut sauce, while my boyfriend had a Dutch potato dish. The menu varied greatly in ethnicity, and was a great deal for the money. Also, the service was fantastic. Anything we couldn't read, the waiter explained.
