Rocco's Italian Restaurant

This family run Italian restaurant serves up good, plentiful portions of fantastic downhome Italian food. Your meal comes with a great house salad, and Italian bread and butter. The entrees are huge, and I always have leftovers, which they gleefully package. You can buy wine or beer from the menu by the glass or bottle...yet we usually get a 1/2 or full carafe of their house Chianti. Very much for the atmosphere! This is a good value, and is frequented mainly by those in the neighborhood. It has gotten a really good write up in our Houston Dining Guide recently, so more than just the neighborhood folks are showing up. This is a really good place for children, too. And, this restaurant is completely non-smoking...although they have patio tables outside if you have the urge, or are waiting for your dinner partners. Mangia!
