Lunch at P.F. Chang's Chinese Bistro

P.F. Chang's Chinese Bistro is located at 8 Park Plaza near Boston Common at downtown Boston. You can get there by any trains to Boylston St. and walk a block or two down Boylston St. This place is usually crowded and might have to wait couple of minutes to be seated. It’s a cozy place with nicely decorated interior with Chinese arts and crafts.

The reason this place is always crowded is that the food is awesome and the prices are very reasonable. As you are seated you are offered either organic or inorganic green tea which was cool. We ordered vegetable lettuce wrap, salt and pepper calamari and hot and sour soup. Lettuce wrapper you also get it with meat and probably seafood as well which seem to be the best in the restaurant. Almost every table in the restaurant had ordered that item. Soup was just okay for me.

Try their seafood items, for example, Oolong sea bass. Presentation was just neat, sea bass grilled to medium and served with asparagus and vegetables. So delicious! I have never had it before. They use to serve this item with spinach and other vegetables. But due to the recent outbreak of the E Coli bacteria on spinach, they served it with asparagus and other vegetables. Buddha's feast (vegetarian), Changs special chicken, shrimp chow mein and double pan fried noodles were the other items we ordered. They all tasted so good.

We were seated very quickly and outside, which was really nice. The menu was explained to us as it was our fist visit. The server was friendly, fast and seemed to know what we needed before we did. I would highly recommend this place.
