This was a restaurant not far from our hotel that we discovered through our Entertainment coupon book. We had a fabulous breakfast. Mexacali Fritatta for $7.75 (enough for two!) and the Turkish Breakfast for $7. Both were different from any breakfast we have had and delicious. The place is also known for its coffee, but we had already had plenty at the hotel. Quetzal is also an internet cafe for those who need to stay in touch - I know that is a great benefit to international travelers.
