The ways to get the best dishes are to a) get friendly with the server, or, b) bring a Chinese-speaking friend to assist with ordering. I enjoyed the flat rice cakes with chicken and crispy green onion pancakes, but not the soupy pork dumplings. If you are in dire need of Chinese dim sum with atmosphere and happen to be in the area, make the trip to Shun Lee instead. For real Chinese dishes (and little atmosphere), don’t bother with this one - head down to Chinatown.
