Exceptional Server #1052
We have had the same group having our monthly dinner at Outback at Florida Mall for four or five years now. For a long, long time we tried other restaurants and settled on Outback. The last 1-1/2-2 years we have not changed again strictly because of one of your servers, Dwayne, #1052. After so long, we have to recognize this gentlemen for his exceptional, special, and attentive service to us each and every visit. Whether we show up with eight or nine persons or just three persons, we still receive the same attention. He makes certain we are satisfied throughout the meal and treats all of us almost as family. He can even remember the drinks each of us orders previously. This is indeed exceptional and it becomes necessary for us to ask you to recognize this type employee with special commendation. My family and i have been to outback steak house many times, as we are frequent visiters to orlando!!!! the service is second to none, and the meals are always big and very very tasty, i always recomend the steak. yum yum!!!!

DON'T GO... the food was disgusting! I don't remember Outback being bad at all but apparently this particular one is horrible. I asked for my streak to be black and blue, but I got it well done. They didn't have the beers I asked for (which happened to be an oil can of Fosters or an XXXX, both Australian beers!) The fried onion was SOAKED in grease and burned!

Outback has always been a favorite. The wait staff was pleasant and very accommodating in refilling the four kids' glasses repeatedly. A hefty appetizer of cheese fries or blooming onion cuts down the need for a large steak or they will cheerfully bring an extra plate for a split meal. We enjoyed the good food and prompt service.
