Chinook's is known for its alder plank baked salmon, but I've tried a number of different fish at the restaurant and have always been impressed with their quality. The bread served with dinner could fill you up it's so good, but make sure to leave room for dessert. Their blackberry cobbler is outstanding and large enough to share.
