All the Disney characters are here -- they stop to talk with the children and sign their autograph books. The children were so excited about their "special time" with Mickey and friends. Photos are taken to commemorate the moment.

There’s a great all-you-can-eat food bar and anything can be cooked to order also!

The Princess Breakfast at Cinderella's castle was a lovely time. Our girls' eyes bugged out when the princesses appeared. It was rather costly meal for a family of four, costing approximately $75. We also went to Epcot-Norway for our next Princess Breakfast -- this breakfast was just as nice and the cost was considerably less. This is a must do if you have children.

We thought the character meals were worth every penny. We went to the Cinderella Dinner at the Grand Floridian and to breakfast at the Crystal Palace with Winnie the Pooh and the gang. The food was much better than one would expect from a buffet, and the kids absolutely loved having the characters come to our table.

Disney''s Character Breakfast - Contemporary Hotel

Visit Disney''s website prior to booking a trip to Orlando and make sure you make reservations for the Character Breakfast at the Contemporary Hotel.

My four-year-old son had a blast choosing his breakfast items from a buffet that puts most restaurants to shame. The food was delicious, pretty to look at, and simply enjoyable.

During the breakfast, Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Chip and Dale, Goofy, and much more stopped by each table to say hello to the little tykes and of course my husband too (he really enjoyed it).

Reservations were required, but you never felt rushed to leave. You could stay as long as you wanted and eat as much as you could stomach (my husband did well in this category). The breakfast buffet had everything you could think of...crispy creme donoughts, pancakes, bacon, various types of eggs, cereal, peanut butter and marshmallow pizza, french toast sticks, a fruit bar,and much more.

We went to the Land for lunch, a birthday lunch. Since we were there in January it was not crowded and we got a lot of time with the characters. Our waiter was fantastic, he even performed some magic tricks for the kids.
