Description
This is a restaurant with a trend-conscious clientele. The restaurant also has a bar spanning one and a half floors, which boasts Oslo's perhaps longest counter, at 12 metres in length. Here they serve tapas, classic cocktails and, at least according to the staff, Norway's best dry Martini. On the restaurant side, the menu changes every six weeks, and is characterised by trendy fusion cuisine.
The interior in Bar og Restaurant is modern and minimalist, stainless steel, glass and pale wood being the main elements.
