Good Food, Bad Service

In general it was a good food, and since I have lived in Italy for 2 years and get acquainted with Italian food I must say that food in Mona Lisa was ok. Service was very nice, quick and good but only before I had to pay for it. I was waiting for 15 minutes to see some waitress passing by (and she was not the one who served me), so she said that he will come soon. Then I had to wait for another 15 minutes when finally the one who served me came. So I was waiting for a very long time before I finally managed to pay. It's awful! Also I had a table at the balcony and there was some wind coming from the window, so I feel that I caught a cold while simply waiting for a bill!
