Choose from Chinese and Cambodian dishes including deep fried quail (in Cambodia they use pigeon) and samlor mchou, a seafood soup flavoured with Thai basil and lemongrass, pineapple and tomato. The hu quing--sweet and sour spring rolls--are tasty too.
