Booked out months in advance, this is the 'foodie experience' of a lifetime. Internationally recognised chef, Tetsuya Wakuda is a maestro of his craft. He has cooked all over the world and impressed palates everywhere. His award winning restaurant is a fusion of French and Japanese and offers a single degustation menu at AUD100 for lunch (eight courses) and AUD155 for dinner (12 courses) per person (wines additional). The menu changes from time to time and offers such specialties as slow-cooked trout, seared scallops, venison and quail. Corkage is AUD15 per bottle and it is also fully licensed.
