Description
This unassuming eatery holds some wonderful secrets of taste, which once sampled are not easily forgotten. On offer here is some of Sydney's best Iraqi fare. Photos in the window outside will help you decipher the menu. Inside you will dine under chandeliers surrounded by photographs of Iraq. Staff are friendly and the service good.
They do some great bread here, freshly baked from a tanoor (a Middle Eastern tandoor). Offering lamb, chicken and fish dishes, there are kebabs, dips and salads too. No alcohol is allowed but try the salty yoghurt drink or Iraqi tea instead.
