Rubio's is a great little Mexican place just a bit more formal than Taco Bell. It's a nice place for a quick lunch or an inexpensive, but tasty dinner. They serve a variety of Mexican foods such as burritoes, quesidilla's and homemade salsas. Alcohol is not served, but there is a variety of ice tea and soft drinks. It's not fancy, but it's good food.
