Description
A local favorite, this place draws customers back like moths to a candle flame. Home-style cooking is served up by friendly faces in a casual, deli style setting. Tables scattered about with some seating outside. Interesting prints dot the walls, including an interesting series of medieval paintings.
Sandwiches, pizza, pastas, and a handful of Chicken and Eggplant entrees make up the bulk of the menu. Hot Heros include the Homemade Italian Sausage (yum!) and the Lisa Pisa, a family recipe of cheeses, tomatoes, onions, and special spices baked with basil on Focaccia bread.
The lasagne is stuffed with cheese, meatballs, and sausage, while the Chicken Francaise is sauteed with onions in a lemon butter sauce, served over pasta and sprinkled with capers. The restaurant serves no liquor, but you can bring in your favorite bottle of vino and enjoy.
