The restaurant overlooks the pool and waterfall area, which makes for a romantic setting. It has a Key West-style tropical motif, with palm fans and white wicker furniture. The bar area is beautiful, with dark cherry wood and an outdoor patio that overlooks the pool-the waterfall sounds are fabulous while enjoying a glass of wine and some dessert.
The coconut shrimp is a wonderful choice for an appetizer, and I usually have the crab or lobster as my main course, which is always sweet and tender. The people I usually go with end up getting the steak or fish specialty, and I haven't yet heard a complaint. Everything is always cooked well, and I've never had to send anything back. The fresh fish selections are always nicely flavored, and there is always a variety of choices offered.
After dinner, don't forget to take a nice walk around the pool area-it's lit up beautifully at night.
