The food was excellent. After the Louisiana crab cakes (delicious) and the warm homemade bread with a bottle of Ravenswood zinfandel, we had the Fresh Fish Louisiana (the fish special was Drum) and the Crawfish Yvonne, much like etoufee. The fish was perfectly cooked, light and flaky, and the crawfish was elegantly displayed and prepared at the table by one of our waiters. You'll see few tourists here, mostly locals who like a good meal in an elegant setting. The prices match the service and decor - after tip dinner for the two of us was over $80, so don't come here if you're on a budget. Unfortunately we didn't try the desserts, but you can see the desserts and the rest of the menu at http://www.patout.com.
