Everything is fresh, and made by hand when you order it. During the summer months, there's a garden out back with fresh veggies and herbs growing to be used in the recipes. I'm not even Vegan, but this place makes the BEST szchewan "chicken" (it's really soybean) I've ever had, anywhere! Friendly service, casual atmosphere. Don't go in a hurry - this food is really made when you order it, so you do have to wait a little longer than your standard restaurant - none of this is pre-prepared and waiting, partially cooked. It's all FRESH.
