Goode Company is all about Barbeque and nothing else in Houston really matches the true Texas flavor of the place. From the stack of Mesquite wood outside to the barn-like cafeteria style dining, and the covered porch with picnic tables, you know and feel you are in Texas. Who cares if most of the cars are not exactly pickups but nice cars like BMW’s and SUV’s. The dishes you’ve just got to try are the Austin Baked Beans and the Sweetwater Duck and a giant piece of Texas Jalapeno Cheese bread. Peach cobbler would also be a good Texas BBQ choice.
