Morgan's Forest Restaurant offers a unique dining experience. The restaurant is designed to look like an authentic South American tropical rain forest, complete with trees, birds, animals, and waterfalls. The menu has a variety of seafood, steak, and pasta. Start with Buffalo Shrimp or chicken fingers. Seafood choices include Brazilian snapper and Mahi Mahi. Cajun Shrimp and Chicken Belize Linguini is spicy and sautéed with cream. Friday is all-you-can-eat snow crab and Saturday is all-you-can-eat prime rib. The restaurant is located in the Holiday Inn Beach Resort on Sanibel Island.
