Part of the Encinitas community since the flower power days of the 1960s and 70s, this restaurant holds a long tradition of a relaxing atmosphere and healthy cuisine. While the retro decor is no longer prominent, the vegetarian menu remains. One tofu platter combines fresh vegetables, tofu and peanuts with a garlic sauce.
