Dumpling Inn is owned by a Taiwanese family. They specialize in noodles and dumplings. My favorite dumplings are the Dumplings in Hot Oil Sauce. Maybe not the catchiest name, but if you like spices, treat yourself! The steamed small pork buns are actually soup dumplings. Exquisite. Do not miss Kung Pao Seafood or Kung Pao Seabass. Also important is the Black Bean Sole. And here is the biggest secret of Dumpling Inn . . .
Shhhh.... not on the menu.... homemade noodles. We order them with chicken and tofu. Truly incredible. Don't tell anyone, OK?
