We have lived in PV and travel to PV often. Oscar's is a must do. The location is unbelievable! The views outstanding!! The food is great the drinks are generous and service to match any 5 star resturant in the US. A trip to PV is not the same without at least one meal at Oscar's.

After shopping downtown we stumbled upon this place. We stopped in for a margarita, not knowing that we would have a great drink, perfect atmosphere, gorgeous view, and awesome service. They even brought out a miniature coat tree to hang all of our bags while we took our break. We're stopping at PV on our cruise in Jan '08 and we've already scheduled in Oscar's.

This place had great food and nice people. I recommend the Lucy casserole for breakfast. It is like eggs Benedict with potatoes and onions instead of an English muffin. The grilled shrimp sandwich is to die for.

This has become a favorite of ours, not only for the excellent seafood, but also the spectacular sunsets. Unfortunately, the new bridge extending the Malecon across the river blocks the sunsets, but the food is still great.
